At Linen & Cotton boutique we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and we are therefore happy to receive goods back and perform exchanges or refunds.
If for whatever reason you wish to return your linen textiles, please contact us first. We will ask you to post purchased goods to us within 21 working days from date of purchase.
We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging.
Replacements/refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we receive your return. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order.
Returns are sent at your own expense, therefore for your own protection we advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage.
